Sustainable construction firm Eco Green Group has purchased a significant stake in urban greening products company Growing Revolution.
The move comes as part of a strategic plan to build partnerships that enhance biodiversity and reshape the role of green spaces in urban environments.
By incorporating Growing Revolution’s products such as their innovative PlantBox living wall system, Eco Green Group is advancing efforts to enhance environmental sustainability and resilience within urban spaces.
Both companies view the deal as a tremendous opportunity to promote and establish a greener future in the UK.
It reflects a shared belief between the partners that nature must play a central role in how we design and live in our cities.
They’ll each maintain their distinct business models and client relationships, focusing on specialist excellence to deliver greater value to customers.
Eco Green Group were particularly interested in Growing Revolution following their recent move into the Dubai market, as well as their high-profile presence at the Chelsea Flower Show, where King Charles and Queen Camilla stopped to admire the innovative living wall display.
The deal will allow the companies to strengthen their individual qualities while collaborating on projects that drive positive environmental impact.
Keith Hills, founder of Eco Green Group, said: “This deal is a very exciting chapter in our company as we set out to expand our green offering.
“We’re focused on creating greener, smarter buildings that support biodiversity and bring real, lasting value to the people who use them.
“Richard and his team at Growing Revolution have developed truly innovative solutions that align perfectly with our vision of creating sustainable, biodiverse urban spaces across the UK.
“Together, we’re looking forward to pushing the boundaries of green infrastructure and making a real difference in how cities integrate nature.”
The deal marks a pivotal step for Growing Revolution as it expands its focus into the B2B sector, while continuing to engage with its existing B2C customer base.
Richard Sabin, Managing Director at Growing Revolution, said: “This partnership with Eco Green Group represents a significant milestone for Growing Revolution.
“By joining forces, we’re combining our expertise to accelerate innovation and broaden the reach of sustainable green infrastructure solutions across urban environments.
“Eco Green Group’s investment will enable us to expand our product range through renewed research and development, as well as by introducing carefully selected, sustainable products from other innovators.
“We’re collectively committed to advancing green infrastructure that benefits both people and the planet.”
