Eco Green Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious contract for landscaping finishes at the ExCeL Centre in London. This significant project is part of the extensive expansion and enhancement of the venue’s multi-functional exhibition and conference facilities, spearheaded by McLaren Construction.

The ExCeL Centre, a leading international exhibition and convention centre, is undergoing a major development to extend its existing facilities by up to 25,000 square meters. The expansion is set on a 2-hectare development site and will provide a 25% increase to the venue’s current 100,000 square meters events campus. This ambitious project will further cement the ExCeL Centre’s status as a premier destination for global events.

Eco Green Group’s scope of work includes all aspects of soft landscaping, which encompasses the installation of planters with LED recesses, tree pits, and a comprehensive irrigation system. Our team of experts will ensure that the landscaping complements the architectural vision of the expanded facilities while enhancing the overall aesthetic and environmental sustainability of the site.

Eco Green Group Owner/Founder, Keith Hills added, “We are excited to collaborate with the McLaren Construction team once again, bringing our expertise and passion for sustainable landscaping to this prestigious project. Our previous successful partnerships with McLaren have laid a strong foundation for this venture, and we are confident that together we will deliver exceptional results”.

The expansion of the ExCeL Centre is a significant milestone for London’s event industry, promising enhanced facilities and increased capacity for a diverse range of events. Eco Green Group is honoured to play a crucial role in this development, contributing to a greener, more sustainable future for one of the city’s key venues.

We look forward to the successful completion of this project and to seeing the positive impact it will have on the community, the environment, and the global events industry.
