The Aura development is a showcase of sustainability, particularly with its EcoVoid Blue Roof System designed to manage rainwater and reduce flood risks. Key environmental features include sedum roofs, photovoltaic panels, and extensive landscaping, creating a green community.
The ground floor car park’s transformation into a green space, with a landscaped roof garden above, optimises space use. Additionally, the development is made accessible through Ballard and column lighting and a network of gently rising sloped walkways, ensuring all residents, regardless of age or mobility, can enjoy the communal areas.
A ramped slope for disabled access further underlines the project’s commitment to inclusivity, enhancing both the community’s well-being and its ecological footprint.
